These professional grade fillet knives are crafted from German 4116 stainless steel for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The ergonomically shaped TPE handles provide an extremely comfortable, non-slip grip. The Reel-Flex fillets are available in 6.0", 7.5" and 9.5" blade lengths to meet the cutting demands for all types of fresh and saltwater species.
