Any items listed with a "Pre-Order" or "Pre-Sale" status, are typically items in high demand that we may not currently have in stock.
When items are listed as such, only the total amount of the product that we will be receiving for the season is entered into inventory, so there is no chance of overselling or missing out on the season's supply of said product.
When a Pre-Order is entered online, it is immediately put into an unfulfilled status list. This way we are automatically keeping track of priority from oldest (or first) to newest (or last) so there are no delegation errors. This list is not publically available.
When we receive your product, you will be called and notified that your item is ready to be picked up, or that we have shipped it out.
