Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lake of the Woods Sports Headquarters.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days from when the order was received to complete an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, we require the following:

• The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it was when originally purchased
• The Item(s) must be in the original packaging and no damage to the packaging 
• Proof of purchase is required. This may be a physical or electronic receipt, order number, or other documentation proving the purchase was placed with us

All refunds/exchanges will be looked at by a staff member and final decision will be up to them

Clearance items will not be available for return

Price adjustments will be valid for 14 days from the original date of purchase

Should you have any questions or concerns with regards to our policies, please ask us and we will be happy to offer any clarification required

Online Orders  

Return labels are not pre-paid for by LOTW Sports Headquarters. Once the return is received it will be inspected and then processed, all final say will be up to the staff

If the return does not qualify to our return standards it will be up to the customer to pay any charges to reclaim the order
