If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30​ calendar days from the original purchase date to complete an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, we require the following:

• The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it was when originally purchased
• The Item(s) must be in the original packaging and no damage to the packaging 
• Proof of purchase is required. This may be a physical or electronic receipt, order number, or other documentation proving the purchase was placed with us

All refunds/exchanges will be looked at by a staff member and final decision will be up to them

Price adjustments will be valid for 14 days from the original date of purchase

Online Orders 

Orders that qualify for free shipping will also qualify for a free return label if necessary

Any orders that include payment for shipping willrequire payment for a return label
