The Helle Steinbit Fillet Knife was designed by Espen Thorup and is light, balanced, and the most flexible of Helle's fillet knives; perfect for filleting all your catches, including larger fish and both freshwater and salt water fish. The blade of the Helle Steinbit is 15.3cm long and is made from 12C27 stainless steel. The blade is not laminated, to provide adequate flex when used. The handle of the Steinbit Knife is made from curly birch. A Norwegian made leather sheath for the Helle Steinbit Fillet Knife is included with purchase.
